The first prototype picture off Nokia – Windows Phone 7 devices

Gadget site Engadget has gotten their hands on some images of the first prototypes with Windows Phone 7 on them.

Steve BallmerĀ said during the announcement of the Nokia – Microsoft cooperation that the engineers from both companies had already been working together for some while. Hopefully there are more things for us to see than only renders soon.

Ramping up to a week with hopefully a whole slew of fun revelations during this years Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Nokia is holding an afternoon event tomorrow to kick start things. If we’re lucky we might get some more detail regarding these devices then.

    Very nice looking devices!
Nokia produces phones with good quality, let’s hope they get them to market quick so that they will benefit the Windows Phone ecosystem.

I agree, it would be nice to see Nokia enable Windows Phone on devices in a lower price range as well.
